Gio is a Senior Paralegal and Legal Researcher with a sharp eye for detail and a strong interest in the research and strategy behind legal work. With a background in business administration, he supports matters across the firm through legal research, case preparation, document review and the day-to-day organisation that keeps files moving properly.

He is at his best when there is detail to unpack. Gio digs into legislation, policy, evidence and supporting material to help the legal team understand the position clearly and prepare matters with precision. Just as importantly, he helps turn that detail into something clients can actually follow – clear documents, timely updates and fewer unnecessary complications.

Having personally navigated the Australian immigration process, Gio also brings first-hand perspective to migration matters. That experience, combined with his analytical mindset and calm approach, gives him a practical understanding of what clients need when the process feels technical, unfamiliar or high-stakes

Grant is a Solicitor and Special Counsel at Wallace Law Corporation, bringing more than three decades of legal experience to the firm. Admitted in 1992, he has spent his career advising individuals, businesses and commercial clients across property, business and commercial law, banking and finance, with a strong focus on practical solutions and protecting his clients’ interests.

That experience gives Grant an instinct for the issues that matter. He brings a measured, commercial perspective to complex transactions and legal problems, looking beyond the immediate question to the broader risks, opportunities and consequences. His approach is practical and considered: understand what the client is trying to achieve, identify the real issues and work towards an outcome that makes commercial sense.
